These terms govern your use of the Ace Home Tutors website and our home tuition matching service. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. Last updated 6 August 2026.

Our service

Ace Home Tutors is a home tuition bureau. We connect families with screened tutors for Class V to XII and for NEET, JEE and MHCET preparation, and help arrange a free demo class. Our matching service, registration and demo class are free for families.

Fees between family and tutor

The tuition fee is agreed directly between the family and the tutor. Ace Home Tutors is not a party to that payment and does not collect tuition fees through this website.

Tutor screening and no guarantee

We review each tutor's identity, qualifications, subject knowledge and communication before they join our network. While we take reasonable care in matching, we cannot guarantee specific academic results. If a match does not work out, tell us and we will arrange a replacement tutor at no extra cost.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in our forms.
• Use the service and website lawfully and not misuse or disrupt them.
• Families are responsible for supervising sessions held in their home.

Intellectual property

The Ace Home Tutors name, logo and the content of this website are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ace Home Tutors is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or the tuition arranged. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
