What is Ace Home Tutors?
Ace Home Tutors is a home tuition bureau. We connect families with qualified, screened tutors for Class V to XII across all boards, plus NEET, JEE and MHCET preparation. You tell us what your child needs, and we match you with the right tutor.
How much does it cost to find a tutor through Ace?
There is no direct cost to parents for finding a tutor through Ace. You are not required to pay anything to the tutor personally. All payments and financial arrangements are managed directly between you and Ace, ensuring a secure and hassle-free process. This means you only deal with the company, and we take care of everything on your behalf.
How quickly will I get a tutor after submitting my request?
Usually within 48 hours. Our team reviews your requirement and shortlists verified tutors from your locality who fit your child's class, subjects, timing and budget.
What is a demo class and do I have to pay for it?
A demo is a free, no-obligation first session with your matched tutor, at your home. You watch the teaching, judge the fit, and continue only if you're happy. If not, we find another tutor at no cost.
Do tutors come to our home?
Yes, all our tutors teach at the student's home by default.
What boards and classes do you cover?
Class V to XII across State Board, CBSE, ICSE, ISC, IGCSE and IB, along with NEET, JEE and MHCET foundation and preparation.
What if the tutor doesn't work out?
Just tell us. We arrange a replacement tutor at no extra cost, no questions asked. Our job isn't done until the match works for your child.
Can my child get tuition for all subjects from one tutor?
For Class V to VIII, yes: many of our tutors comfortably teach all subjects. From Class IX onwards we recommend subject specialists, and we can arrange more than one tutor if needed.

Is there any registration fee to join?
No. Joining the Ace tutor network is completely free, with no hidden charges at any stage.
How will I receive tuition requests?
Our team calls or WhatsApps you whenever a student near you matches your subjects, classes and available time slots. You decide which requests to take up.
Can I choose my own timings?
Yes. You set your availability and we only send you leads that fit. You teach on the terms agreed with Ace Home Tutors.
